Bro, election is Saturday and today is Tuesday, so when are they gonna disqualify Buhari? On Friday night?

I hate the thought of Buhari as a democratically elected president of Nigeria but I must be realistic. Disqualifying Buhari this late, can only lead to one thing...bloodshed. Who needs that?

I am for Jona. I support the Niger Delta position though I am not a Niger Deltan. My position is purely based on equity. Jona has performed better than all the people before him. Unfortunately, some sections of our polity feel differently. Surprisingly, a man that was rejected three times in the past, has become the best thing to happen to Nigerians since independence. Shame.

Don't worry about my safety. I am so far away enjoying life to worry about any personal harm as a result of the election. In other words, I have taken care of myself and my beautiful family. I am worried more for the poor and dumb masses that will be at the receiving end of this drama, no matter the outcome.

I still advise caution. Whatever you do my friend, take care of yourself. It is your responsibility to protect your life. Vote and go home. If they rig the election, so be it. If they call for riot, run behind your wife, mom or grandma. You know the way kids do it when they get into trouble with a bigger kid? Hmmm, like that.

No politician is worth more than your thumbprint. Don't kill or be killed because of them. Goodluck to you and your loved ones.
ur sense no be here,so gej perform more than all with more than 30tr naira in 6yrs,and he gave us more poverty and more killings,u don't know what we pass thru here, because u are in one small village in togo.and who rejected buhari before, don't worry, lets see how he wil rigg this one again, then we wil know if u were d one that rejected d best president 4times,

You call yourself a pastor, really? Where were you when Buhari called for the blood of dogs and baboons? Did you travel when he asked muslims and northerners never to vote for non-muslims and non-northerners? What exactly has Buhari achieved in the last 29 years to give you this silly idea that he's the only man for the job?

It is easy to criticize govt from the outside. This is democracy and not military rule. The executive arms have their own duties. So do the judiciary and the legislature. Everything doesn't start and end with the president.

You must be one of those silly northerners with the least level of exposure, hence your believe in Buhari. I wonder what you teach your followers. Village man. The only other country you probably remembered its name beside nigeria must be Togo. Even if na Togo I dey, at least I am safe from the evil plans of APC and PDP. If you like, go get killed. You should know that pastors don't get 72 virgins.

Nonsense and hypocritical pastor.

Say what? Disqualify who? Nigeria is too weak to disqualify buhari, even if he was not qualified i don't see any court or institution that has the power to do that. We all know the outcome of the whole matter. na half a million people wey northerners go kill if they disqualify. Y'all should stop wasting people's time acting like y'all strong and shii. Imagine this small girl called nigeria wants to act like she got man balls. Silly!

Nigeria and Nigerians must not reward violence and terrorism

The reason we are where we are is every so often we are too quick to sacrifice the rule of law/Justice on the alter of "Nigerian Wisdom"

The trouble with this "Nigerian Wisdom" is it is not clearly defined. Who is to say when and where this wisdom can apply? who is to say it is suitable for Mr Buhari but not suitable for anyone else? Why have the law and then not follow it to the letter?

Buhari failed to fill his INEC forms correctly and took the process for granted. When confronted he challenged the Nation to go to court. Well the citizens of Nigeria have gone to court and that process is coming to a head. it is now up to Buhari and his APC to as responsible citizens respect the decision of the court or go to the appeals court to seek redress.

This is what civilised societies do and this should be our aspiration as a Nation. Lai Mohamed must stop threatening Nigerians with violence and should as a matter of urgency be invited by the police to substantiate his accusation that their has been a case of bribery between the courts and the Presidency.

Suggesting that the President has procured court judgement is bribery allegation and criminal offence which should be investigated. If Lai Mohamed can not substantiate his case then he must be sanctioned!

Get it clear. The case has been adjourned indefinitely. However, the case adjourned till tomorrow is the case of a Lagos Laywer who is seeking to join the case as a defendant. So the case is technically dead because the election would go as planned and GMB would win. The Principle of Event Overtaking would then apply later on.

TVC NEWS [ABUJA] - A Federal High court in Abuja on Tuesday resolved to hear pending applications from the defendants along with the substantive suit challenging General Muhammadu Buhari’s eligibility to contest Saturday’s Presidential election.

It is also to decide whether or not to grant leave to the parties seeking to be joined in the matter.

TVC News Joke Adisa reports that Buhari’s counsels led by Lateef Fagbemi had approached the court with two applications and insisting that those applications be heard and ruled upon before the commencement of the substantive suit.

The defence counsel is challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter in the first place while also insisting that his client was not properly served the originating summons.

But delivering ruling on the applications, Justice Adetokunbo Ademola held that both contending applications would be heard along with the substantive suit, though, no date has been fixed for it yet.

A new twist has however been added to the case as a Lagos-based lawyer, Ebun Olu-Adegboruwa and one other person are seeking to be joined as defendants citing their notable contributions to the growth of Nigeria’s democracy.

The court has however fixed Wednesday, 25 for ruling on the application for joinder.

Chike Okafor, a Nigerian dragged Buhari to court alleging among others that the former Head of State is not eligible to contest the Presidential election
Let me get my PVC number so that I can also exercise my Locus Standi in this matter. After all to create a Cause of Action with the number of my PVC is easy.

This might be the real project Mr. President used the six weeks extension to execute.

APC may win fairly but GEJ is not ready to vacate that seat. He will rig the election if he sense the result will not favour him, the only group of tout Tinubu can use to cause problem (OPC) has been bought already to stop any form of retaliation to the poll result in the south west. The security agents will do the same in the north (Sebi police don talk say make we no wait after we don vote).

For Buhari to be declared winner; it require prayer oo, PDP don plan everything.

Lol, the wish of the people is otherwise. Over 50 million NIGERIANS want GEJ to continue finish the good work he already started. So your fake general that can proof his WASC result can go back to Daura and rest. He is free to contest in 2019. As we speak now, the easterners are leaving the nroth because tomorrow, your certificate forger will certainly be disqualified. Army will quench any wahala in the north. Rubbish.

By the way, APC is losing LAGOS. Have you felt the rhythm lately. Watch out for the shocker. The acclaimed lion of dustbin will soon realize he is no more than the "rat of mushin" lol. grin

Have fun guys.

Justice Ademola needs to do further consultation.
This is a hard nut to crack.

Its funny the greatest argument from my friends on GMB's side is a disguised threat- that the judge should consider national interest and peace. Especially in the North.

Let's wait till tomorrow then.

bros u talk sense oh but u want may we allow d thief go because of the fear of the north?
what about the fear of the south if GEJ lose in the election? does that not call for national interest and peace ?
