Constitutional Interpretation Of What Will Happen Today by uhuru2015: 1:37am On Mar 31, 2015
It's not yet Uhuru for either of the parties. First, under S.134(2)(a) of 1999 Constitution (as amended), APC or PDP must have "majority of votes" cast in the election. Secondly, the party that satisfied the first criteria above must also pursuant to S.134(2)(b) have not less than one-quarter of the votes cast in at least two-thirds of the States in the Federation and FCT (i.e 25% of the votes cast in at least 24 States plus the FCT ). This second requirement does not contemplate the said party winning in those 24 States and the FCT but the party must have 25% of votes cast in the 24 States and the FCT. Thus, if the two gladiators meet the 25% of 24 States and the FCT requirement, the person that satisfies the first requirement above (majority of votes cast) becomes the president elect. if they both satisfies the two conditions, then S.134(3) -rerun election in accordance with S.134(4) will be declared by INEC. From the results released so far by INEC both political parties will satisfy the second requirement but the game changer remains the first requirement. Now you are thinking what I'm thinking. See you later today by 10:00am JEGA time.

LOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE TRENDS SO FAR:::::.....:::
APC already has at least 25 percent votes in 14 states...[FCT inclucive]. All we need is the same said percent in Nine more states plus maintenance of our current lead.
Logically, constitutionally, psychologically, physically, spiritually or mentally.....Oga Jona and Mama Peace has to leave Aso Rock when this happens! Shikina.
