The phrase you are looking for is "who else will sit back and loose?"

Bobo Chicago and his Chicago contacts using David Axlerod's firm (this is former Obama chief of Staff) to influence the electoral register and register voters in what appears to be APC strong holds

We also saw the lopsided distribution of the PVC to APC strongholds

It appears that there was a strategic favouring of the opposition by INEC which Jonathan failed to realise on time in spite of warning by many who knew what was going on.

And then when in his history of goodluck he was presented the remarkable opportunity to aggressively pursue the disqualification of Buhari at the courts. Curiously Jonathan was aloof?

So its unfortunate really. The man did not have to loose the way he did but nonetheless I don't think the election was really free and fair. The rules were stretched!
