Since the JW’s claim to be God’s prophet, we are free to put them to the Bible test for a prophet, found in Deuteronomy 18:18-20. Verse 22 of this same chapter says,

"When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD (YHWH), if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken."

Verse 20 plainly says, "that prophet shall die". False prophecy cannot be "explained away" and treated lightly. The Watchtower has invited us to examine their record, and we will! All quotes are from publications of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society and available at headquarters in Brooklyn, New York. Some of these publications may also be found in local Kingdom Hall libraries. Judge this self-proclaimed "prophet" for yourselves!

THE RETURN OF CHRIST PROPHECIES

Since Christ failed to show up for any of the Watchtower dates, JW’s altered their teaching to make his coming conveniently "invisible".

Christ returned in 1874. (The Finished Mystery, pages 386, 295, 1917 Edition). The Watchtower publications taught this 1874 date right up to 1929. The "Prophecy" book published in 1929, states on page 65,

"The Scriptural proof is that the second presence of the Lord Jesus Christ began in 1874 A.D."

Christ returned in 1914. (The Truth that Leads to Eternal Life, p.87).

OP get a life..Religion was created by God for humans to have morals and not kill each other into extinction. So be you Christian, muslim, budhist, Anemist, xiangluis, JW, adventist etc etc....its all for a moral setting, if you lack this moral then you are worse than lucifer as we have so many religions u can choose from.

Jehovahs witnesses are one of the most outstanding, loving, peaceful, hardworking, kind and beautiful people that I have seen....They are mostly always very intelligent too.

I did not dispute that, so what happens to those that are born muslims, Judaisms, Hindus, Buddhists, anemists, etc etc Because they are better and more charitable and loving than most christians who love and serve Jesus yet they can't show simple LOVE (which ofcourse is God).

What then happens to the souls that existed before Jesus came to earth? They didn't know Jesus, we had those who served God with total love and commitment.

I am not against the christian belief that Jesus is the truth, and life and the only way......its a belief that can help people live in love and peace as shown by true christians eg JW, True Redeemers, Deeper life, mountain of fire, daystar and a few other good churches I've seen around.

But as much as that belief is true to you based on faith and what you understand from the bible, you also have to be a true christian and accomodate the ways of other people with respect. When they show interest in your religion, then you try explaining if they will succumb to your ideology.
Remember, Jesus Never discriminated!!!!

As a neutral person, I can say this...
JW make good neighbours; they are conscious of not disturbing their neighbourhood. They are mostly nice people; they don't have to condemn others in order to fill their pockets. And they seem much better versed in their scriptures. I have not seen a pentecostal that could stand up to them logically.

BTW, use the same standards of false prophecy to judge all your pastors; let us see who is not a 'false prophet' there... you know; the 'GEJ will win' and those that release yearly prophecies like national budget.
