I started Web Development the steep way from learning raw HTML and PHP Code and trying them out with Notepad which helped me improve on subsequent platforms and various CMS which eventually came into existence. Thanks to W3C Schools. I no follow for una Wordpress and Joomla generation.

Bro, the thing is that, most clients are also part of the problem, they tend to listen more to cheaper offers, A person who wants to build an eComm will talking of 30k-50k when its not a wordpress blog, thats why they easily get trapped in the den of blog designers, who just download a cool theme and do some simple patches an html5 beginner can do, but if u are a good developer, most of your works will come from previous connections...

whether WordPress or not. the most important thing is satisfying your client. if a client says he needs a website within two days don't you think you will be foolish going to start coding HTML, CSS, php, etc when wordpress, joomla, mobirise can get the job done.

keep waiting for that mega job to come and don't start taking up smaller WordPress jobs.

I am a php developer but after loosing out to WordPress and joomla designers. I was forced to learn cms as well. so any angle the jobs come I take it up
