Aaaah. i have posted some tips in other posts. if u look through the forum, you'd see tips i put there. besides please always feel free to ask. what ever advice you need on weight loss, all you need to do is to ask on the forum, and i'll answer. The free stuff is just stuff i feel might help those who had already started the diets and weight loss stuff i talked of.
