Please I need good business ideas. I have N500,000 and i want to go into business. Other than buying shares and doing placements with banks, i dont have any other investments. This is because i work full time. But am looking for a business dat I can start and still be working, then when the business begins to grow I can resign and go into it full time. Am looking at being on my own in the next 2 years.

Thanks, what about real estate. A couple of friends and I want to jointly buy plots of land and then resell when the prices go up, then we split the profit on top according to each persons's contribution. Heard the business is lucrative. The problem is getting genuine lands for purchase from the real owners and not the so called omoniles

Real Estate is a branch of biz i think you should explore especially with this stock exchange bust, real estate always appreciates but it is a Tricky bness and you have to be well advised and sharp in exploring that form of business. With N500,000 you can aquire properties and resell them at a later date but it has its own booby traps sha!
