Pin is when you obtain a Recharge pin.
Eg to convert to Nova from any package and my smart card number is xxxxxxxxxxx and pin is 1234567890 it will be like this

This is to inform our esteem customers that another bouquet has been introduced on starsat called NOVA bouquet with 36 channels for N600 monthly,the N3000 subscription will now be N1,800 with 85 channels,4 new channels will be added,namely:
iroko play,iroko plus,movie world and Amc series,all will take effect from 1st of may 2015.

Sincerely speaking, I think startimes have really tried bring affordable pay tv to Nigerian homes. Besides sports I think thier channels and programs are top notch when compared to the price.
Mod pls assist move this to fp so others can benefit from this info..

Star times siginals is very poor this days even with outside yaggi antenna highest u can get is 23 or 25% only. They should try to check what is wrong with their siginals

Don't waste ur money. Gotv delete channels with reckless abandon. I have both but l will abandon Gotv when my current subscription ends.

Had startimes jeje o cos just like you im not really into the whole soccer thing. Only issue i had were the added features like channel program details. Na so i believe sey i gats upgrade to dstv. Big mistake. Same amount i was paying for full bouquet on startimes on dstv you never even begin.

Considering i leave home early in the morning, come back late at night, how many hours of tv i dey watch to be lacing the pocket of these south africans as payment for next to nothing?

They now came up with 'annual price increase' a few months back. The boycott dstv war was on. That was how dstv now called that if i renewed my subscription that month i would get the following month free. Bunch of liars.

Not been around since, renewing subscription this weekend on my startimes without a thought not to even think of second thoughts.

Just wish they had CNN, na the only thing wey dey pain me be dat!

CNN comes as Free to Air on ACTV . In fact ACTV has free channels you can watch even if you dont renew subscription. I think I will get it. I downgraded to Family bouquet on DSTV and may not renew when it expires cause there is nothing on it. I got Startimes because of the Fifa competitions and contemplating getting Qsat. Startimes + Qsat Maybe my combo.
