i major in networking and did java programming too but not as my main subject..we used jcreator to write java programs...and i wana know if at work places you use jcreator to create programs or another software.

Since you already have a background in programming, I would advice you to learn other languages, you don't have to pay one kobo to do this if you have a computer and internet then just download ebooks, videos and whatever tools are needed, they're not hard to find.

Bottom line is, if you want to build a career in programming then learn as many languages as you can.

im a network engineer...and java was part of da course....the company im applyin to wants a java programmer....dats why i wanted to be sure of how things work in the working environment
