On another thought, I would have thought that the VP should double as Minister of Justice, after all VP office is more of ceremonial and that would also save the cost of one super-minister.

As noted, the ministers are to declare their assets. I would like to see Fashola's assets declaration form. I know some of his big-time assets, investments and businesses. Same as Amaechi.

Someone should help me tell Buhari that I can help him coordinate the "Whistle-Blowing and Investigative office in the Presidency".

If am not mistaken he was d same man that brought an innovative idea to rescue the then Imo state economy when times were very lean and payment of salaries became a major hurdle.That indeed is a bright mind that has to be tapped.
I feel GMB's govt has to incorporate d bright of d old and new because there are also brilliant young minds with very innovative ideas to set this nation moving again and please it should not be a govt of overtly overrated people with over rated foreign degrees,yet do not have any idea of how to effectively run d economy.
As for fashola, its as clear as daylight that he would be a major part of d GMB govt because I feel he rates him very highly for his ideas and commitment to moving Nigeria forward.

I also thought along that line. If OBJ could double as President and Minister of Petroleum, I don't see why Prof. Yemi can do likewise. What I know is, he won't be idle. GMB will make him head a very strategic and important economic committee.
