The Time 100 Gala went down last night at the Lincoln Center in New York City and only one of the four Nigerians honoured attended the event – Obiageli Ezekwesili. As one of the most wanted men in the world, no one was really expecting Boko Haram terrorist leader Abubakar Shekau to attend the event. Who even knows where the murderer is? Muhammadu Buhari & Chimamda Adichie also skipped the glam event.



But Kim & Kanye were there in full power couple mode! Kim rocked a Sophie Theallet Dress, while Kanye donned a black velvet jacket, matching trousers, matching robe, white shirt and black dress shoes.

How did Time expect shekau, a terrorist to show up, I'd ignore such awards even if awarded alongside a terrorist that does not value the sanctity of human life

this was a great show and i love the fact she represented africa well and mostly Nigeria

Well me, I often wonder about this TIME 100 most influential people in the world. I really don't see how Kanye West or Chimammanda Adichie will be listed among the most influential people in the world. These are people who will appeal to the world to do one thing, and we will do the exact opposite.
