Now this is what opposition is all about; hard submissible evidence should be submitted whenever there is an allegation of rigging. Although I cannot explain how or why this conversation was recorded, or why it was leaked. Finally, there is no evidence from this recording to prove electoral malpractice or to implicate any particular party. In as much as rigging is the stock-in-trade of the PDP, this recording is useless and cannot be used to implicate anybody. |
