They will still send medical request for your older child. There’s no harm in sending a webform.

Thank you so much.

it will come, but it's not a bad idea to send Webform. Please go ahead.

Good luck!

Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.

You did the right thing. No issue

Puting proof of relationship in client information is appropriate. Screenshot below is from IRCC website. Some oversabi people will just make u confused.

Thank you. Happy new year.

My Canada student visa was issued late, I will resume classes September 2024, can my spouse apply for Spousal open work now or she has to wait till I get to Canada before she apply?

Late or early?

Anyway, your spouse can apply any time. It all depends on your reason.

Good luck!

It was suppose to be January intake, but we have to defer to September 2024. Can we use same bank account for proof of funds?

Thanks a bunch.
Also, to set up a profile for the visitor’s visa, is there somewhere in the parent’s SOWP it can be added or a separate profile is to be created for the infant??
Re: Canada Spouse Open Work Permit (sowp)timeline by OkukuOne(m): 3:45pm On Jan 03
you must submit an updated bank statement.

Good luck!

Please I need the advice of experts in the house. SOWP refused because there is no sufficient evidence to show that the spouse is a full time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada: meanwhile a letter of enrollment from the sch signed and showing the spouse is a full time student with spouse study permit was uploaded as part of the document. What can be done?
Re: Canada Spouse Open Work Permit (sowp)timeline by charlesoz19: 5:14pm On Jan 03
add your Enrollment letter, acceptance letter, fees receipt, Id cards, course registration. transcript. practically all the documents that has to do with your school. add study permit add visa stamp pages

Thanks for the response,

Should I have more money there plus the initial amount submitted for the first application?

Thank you so much bro. Will I also have to use an updated bank statement for the new application if I want to apply again in January or I can use the one submitted in October. What other documents do you also advise I use an updated one

When did you apply?
when were you rejected?

as for me, I submitted my wife's study permit, her international passport where the visa was stamped, her enrollment letter, acceptance letter, school fees receipts

What about your proof of funds?

Yes, you can use the same account for proof of funds, but in your SOP, you must provide a breakdown to show how the fund will be sufficient for both you and your spouse.

The SOWP is after the study visa has been approved, will that breakdown still be necessary or I should use another bank account for it?

What are the documents you submitted that made them denied you? Did you gave them any proof of funds?

October 5, all the details above too were submitted except for transcripts. I think they are just been funny, can’t they reach out to the school to confirm. A lot of guys got this recently from SOWP applications. I pray yours will be successful

Thank you for your response. Amen. We hope so too for feedback soon. It's becoming worrisome. We spoke with ircc agent on phone yesterday and they told us to be patient that it it 11 weeks average processing time and it is mid January We will be past that time before they can take action.

Yes, we submitted my transcripts, confirmation of enrollment from Registrar etc. We just don't want excuse and gave them almost all that relate to my education to prove I'm currently enrolled. We hole for a positive outcome soon.

Did you do upfront medical and when did they process it? Ours is still not processed yet.

Good morning.

Thanks for the response, one more question please.

The Study visa has been approved already, will I still submit for both? Or for just the SOWP application?
