Constructive Criticism is any criticism that will help the criticized. It is is secret or open criticism meant for the eyes of the criticized alone ( which a few might see and understand).
It's always good to see a person who can criticise without making fuss about it, to see someone that can tell you how to correct your work without showing others.
A constructive critic would tell you to reread your work but a bad one will tell you that it is full of blunders, which even it were true would reduce your morale. That is the secret constructive criticism

However, when a good critic see your blunder and does not to tell you to read your work again. He would point them out to you with possible correction: that is an open constructive criticism.

There is an obvious point you're trying to raise in this post. It is to criticise a work owner without letting others know about it, but I believe it isn't a very good idea. Why shouldn't others who might not have known there were mistakes benefit from the critique?
