Login to your dashboard, go to your plugins section, look for any math-captcha plugin and disable it.
If it still doesnt work / if you cant find any plugin related to "math CAPTCHA", let me know.

1) I assume yourfull error is :"failed to establish database connection". I hope you have imported the database as well? if you didnt, you need to. As in, create a database using PHPMyadmin, then export your database from localhost and import it onto your host.

next, make sure you uploaded correctly, all the wordpress files from your computer to your hosts root directory ( i assume you are installing in the root not in a folder). Make sure your wp-config.php file is in the correct directory.

2) do you get the error with /wp-admin as well?

I dont think (just my own opinion) your site is anywhere ready for adsense.

- your content are not arranged properly,
- you arent observing proper blogging etiquettes
- your domain name has nothing to do with the content(not a problem tho,,,,but it helps)
- what is your site about, add an about us page
- adsense requires: post quality, post quantity, original content, nothing that smells like an adult site

advise: choose a niche, write about and focus on it. Also make sure your content is 'useful'.

I mean no disrespect, but you site is too loud, aesthetically speaking. Your colors are fighting against each other, causing a lot of pain and distraction to the eyes. Anyone that lands there soon wants to get out of the site and go somewhere else.

There is a science of colors. Nature itself follows it, but you have not obeyed it at all. You have white and black colored text lettering on the same site? 8-different shades of blue? can you imagine?
- 2-shades of green, grey;
- red is screaming everywhere, ..... besides the fact that your pictures are colored.

If on your host, you actually dont need to download it. Use a tool like softaculous, etc
Else, you can go to themes section, add a new theme, and look for the upload button.

If on your computer, you need to install a webserver: XAMP, LAMP, WAMP - they have the complete tools to get a website / wordpress installation working on your own computer
