Goals must answer the following questions

1) What (Goal)? What do you want to do
2) When (Time)? When do you plan to achieve that what
3) How (Method)? How do you think you can achieve this
4) Who (Partner)? Who can help you achieve this goal/with whom
5) Why (Reason)? Why do you want to do that what

It is never too late to set goals because goals setting force critical thinking and self-examination.
