Where your school is located should also be a deciding factor. lf for example your school is UNEC, it makes no sense having a farm in Ezeagu area due to distance.

The dynamics are not always the same. When l was involved in a rice project in Anambra State l was staying in Awka while the project was located in Achalla which is about an hour drive despite l was always there almost every day of the week even on a Sunday if there was an emergency, l know the challenges.

Once you have a local you can trust then you are on a profitable path.

Ya I think so too. I think am planing on getting a trustworthy local helper once I get a situated location.

@ donklinton the guy at orji river said DAT the lands are already occupied by visiting farmers, he said I should call him back by July August to kn if any would be free. however anybody with another help for me should please get me connected.
