Hello Doctors in the house,

I observed some dark brown rough patches on my 5month baby's neck, this has been there for more than 2 weeks now, its dry and scaly but very hard to peel off, infact it does not peel off.

I'ld like to know if this is something i should be worried about or if this is something an ointment can take care of.

Please I will appreciate enlightened suggestions.

Take d baby to the hospital but meanwhile

Stop wearing tight clothing on the neck area,
Stop trying to peel it off.
Get natural shea butter or penicillin ointment n rub on it.
It should clear off on its own.

Take the baby to the hospital.

The thing con resemble something else.....

I wonder why some pple make NL there first point of call when in crisis especially matters that concerns health/life... what happens to the hospitals?
