After just one month of purchasing my laptop(hp250) it stopped coming on. I returned it to where I purchased it from and it was sent to Hp technology house. I got it back after 2 months the laptop had been scratched beyond recognition. It looked like it was 3years old. Less than a month later the laptop packed up again. I took it back they repaired it and now less than two months later it is not coming on again. I would like Hp to change it but I don't know how to get them to. I asked them the last time I was there if I could get another one as this one is clearly faulty and they said that it wasn't possible. Because it is clearly faulty. I really need it for my project which I was to submit tomorrow and all my work so far is stored there.
Today is my birthday by the way and the silly laptop is trying to ruin it. mods front page(bestest birthday gift would be if I can Continue my project work from where I stopped)

Nah badluck follow you go their shop. I have been using Probook 4540s for over a year now and it is still like a new one.

you are very correct and when I complained to a friend she told me she had the same problem with her laptop she just bundled the laptop and threw it away and got another product. How I wish I knew. It really wasn't easy getting this one in the first place and I don't have the liver to ask for another one not that anyone would answer me even if I did.

You probably got an AMD laptop which obviously is not made for hot regions. I'd advice you do away with it whenever it comes on again. I had same issue with my own HP635.

I've been a victim of HP poor quality. 4 years ago, I got an HP pavilion DV2910tx verve edition only for it to develop over heating and flickering screen in less than 3 months. 'In the 9th month, speakers cones blew off. One year, I took it out as a scrap. After which I bought a dell inspiron 1464 and Its still good.

Am sorry 4 ur loss. #teamSONYVIAO

My Zinox laptop of 4 years is still running with no scratch on body or keyboard. Battery still up time

When it comes to laptop, my choice is Zinox (from experience) Lenovo and Dell.
HP are just flashy toys just good for newbies
