The senate yesterday approved the bill empowering the aforementioned institute, as an accounting body in Nigeria. This bill have been turned down once in 2012 and ICAN have always been against the approval of the institute by the senate. Is this a welcome development to the accounting world,specifically Nigeria owing to ICAN's insinuation about proliferation of accounting certifications? Accountants!!! Voice your opinion. Regards. |
