The saddening thing is that, we still very need the fail-to-grow salary to conquer the ever growing fuel, bread and rent.

How is it possible?

Apart from the salary not growing, some states' salary have slumped for the past 7months now, waiting to be revived if it won't die. Osun, Benue, Rivers et al.
