After the success of the 2008 edition, the city of New York will host the second edition of the international meeting on Strengthening Municipality Capacities titled: the "NEW YORK MAYORS SEMINAR" beginning May 6 through May 8, 2009.

This meeting will again bring together mayors, administration representatives, institutions in charge of municipalities and players in municipal development from Europe as well as Asia, Africa and America.
