At what point do you become a Senator of the FRN? At what point do you then have the capacity to perform legislative duties? Do u become a Senator after elections of the Principal members of the Senate or upon being sworn-in as a Senator? Can a senator-elect then vote or even perform legislative duties before he is sworn-in as a senator under the law? Saraki may have buried his chance or opportunity to be the President of Senate Chambers if all the answers to these questions are in the negative. |
