Am sure you were referring to evolution but if you ever had read anything on evolution, you would have known evolution never asserted man evolved from apes but That Other primates you may call them apes and man (both homindae) evolved from one common ancestor just like cats, lions, tigers (felidae) evolved from one common ancestors.

Am sure there isn't much difference between Man and other apes just like they isn't much difference between cats and lions.

Falidaes: Cats and Lions share 95%DNA nobody disputes the fact that these animals are related.

Homidae; Chimps, humans etc share 98%DNA but the relationship of this primates is the most disputed in the world because it contradicts ancient superstitious beliefs.

N.B: I am not an evolutionist, at least not yet. I am of the opinion that man still has a lot of study to carry out on the subject of the Origin of Species before that knowledge can be perfected.

If you are referring to "Morality" as "Living as if there is a god" then truly i can say that you have a sickly moral basis cus you are just showing us without any God concept you would be without morals wreaking evil where ever you go. .

An intelligent person does not need the promise of reward or threat of punishment to see the merits of good deeds.
