Your bbm is not working because it is outdated. kindly download bbm 2.8 from google store or from other social app to continue enjoying bbm. have you not notice each time you log on your bbm, it shows try and update it? secondly try changing to another service provider to check if it from them before updating

I'm using 2 9(newest) dat isn't even on playstore yet.. Dats not the cause.. I'm suspecting mtn cos it wrks with glo

That's the cause. The 2.9 is not yet optimised. I tried using it too but showing limited connection. Not until I downloaded the one on playstore. Its not your network provider. The 2.9 is in beta mode and can only be used by beta tester who already registered as a tester on bbm.com. Though I have another cracked 2.9 that bypasses that problem...

I even tethered my connection to my tablet.. The bbm didnt work on the tablet too

@yorex2011 , had same issue sometime ago but all I had to do was change my proxy number from 10.199.212.2 to 127.0.0.1 .there's a price to pay in that just a few apps don't work with that new proxy number, so you gats adjust the proxy number at times to make use of such apps.
I was able to make use of only opera mini out of all my browsers.

I downloaded the bbm 2.9 beta version but once I switch off my phone and on it back ,That's the end. It's wouldn't work at all. Please I learnt some one has the cracked one that doesn't follow that trend. Please I want your link

It was happening to me,so I went to my access point settings,cleared my proxy and port to make them blank,then I downloaded a free vpn on playstore.
Just connect the vpn,open your bbm,and flex.

I'm not using VPN with mine...

you guys should goto settings and clear d data and cache

better net VPN didn't work for me so I tried droidvpn with these settings UDP=53, TCP=5222, BIND LOCAL =1100 and it worked Btw that bbm 2.9 is BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm soooo loving it Tnx 4 d link @olayoungz

Plsss help, it shows insufficient memory, I've deleted some apps n moved almost all to memory card, yet it'z same

If rooted.. Install lucky patcher and launch the app.. Shud automatically clear unused app cache.. When it does reinstall ur bbm
