They're called "Quotable Quotes", "Words on Marble" "Wisecracks" "Nuggets", etc. Some are motivating a la inspiring, others are downright funny. They could have been culled from speeches, written texts or other sources . . .

Let's face it . . . we all love quotes . . . I love me some quotes. I love to extract and read them. Over and over again.
