Don't be unnecessarily ignorant. The same Jamaicans and Haitians are descendants of African slaves taken from Africa to those Islands, just as some African slaves were equally taken to USA, who became the ancestors of African Americans today.

All blacks in the diaspora are ancestrally African.

Yes, all blacks in America are ancestrally African, whether they are African Americans, or Jamaican/Haitian immigrants or Nigerian immigrants.
