I am quite new here but long enough to know I willl get the best advice for my friend.

sometimes last year, my friend calll me and told me that his long time girlfrnd broke up with him, he was really affected emotionally but I advised him to move on. According to him, the girl said she has found some one who wants to marry her and that my friend wasn't ready and since she is not getting any younger, so she said she has to go. He move passed it and now he is dating a 300level student but yesterday, he called me and told me that the same girl who wasn't getting any younger came to his house begging him to take her back and that the other guy was just after her body.
My friend said he still feel something for her but he is afraid becos she might leave him again if she see a better offer. So what should he do considering her begging and their past relationship. Pls help me advice him. Thanks.

Let him simply tell her he's been hooked up with another girl. No matter d love he may have for her, he shouldn't allow her back in his life.
