I was with bae yesterday and we did that thing wink

we went on for hours and a few hours later i started my period and my hoohaa is painful. Its been over 24hrs and everytime i squeeze it small or pee its painful. I feel like bae left it swollen o. Could normal period pain pills help? Is there any other medication i can take to ease em small?

i need serious advice please.
