May peace and blessing of Allah be upon us all

This is a sensitive topic atleast to me
I want to know why there are so few
Muslim in the corporate world. By corporate
World, I mean banking and other corporate
encompassment. Using me as an example, I
am currently in a job training with a good
packages, now while I don't have any problem
interacting and working in a team with other beliefs and culture, I can't help but notice how little the number we the Muslim are in fact the conspicuous number is alarming. So I jist my uncle and he said
that's d norms. He said as big as the organization he work with is, they are just two Muslims, he and one other lady. Then I ask myself why. Is it because our religion doesn't support the policy and principle of this organization. Or are we being sidelined. By policy I mean the dressing code and all other stuff

Please humbly share your thought on this that doesn't require any form of abuse of both major beliefs

Well I think its about sidelining and also muslims (concious ones obviously), not comfortable working in the corporate world.
Obviously, corporate world is a no no for sisters in hijab. Even some brothers are avoiding to work in the corporate world as they see the work setting as unislamic. There are several graduate brothers and sisters that have opted for self employment in the informal sector of the economy just because they feel the Corporate world as it presently oriented is not Islamic.
