"Will i still have enough to complete my building after paper work and settlements"?
"Have i steady income or money set aside as back-up while the building construction last"?


Secondly, "What kind of business am i going to venture into (long/short term"?
"Have i already secured an office /space or is it inclusive of the 1 million"?
"Do i have previous knowledge of it or is it something i will need extra hand at the start-up(payable)"?
"Have i steady income or money set aside as back-up for the first 6 months or 1 year after starting"?
