I am 38 years old, I sterile. We really want to start a family. can anybody suggest something that I can do?

I don't get is it that you can't get a woman pregnant?

I cant get my wife pregnant, that is correct.

my "factory" is closed for business....basically I am not able to produce any sperm at all...

yes that is correct, I am not sure what you "don't get"

I can have sex like normal but can not get my wife pregnant, I have gone to the GP and have had tests, I am sterile.

There is/are solution(s) to every problem. The main challenge is not knowing what to do or having not get in contact with the right person through whom God would provide the solution. May God in His mercy come to your aid (Amen).

May I know the nature of the sterility or what caused it may be I can give some useful suggestions?
