Do you think the 24 months warranty place on Samsung products is borne out of genuine love for the consumers or a mere marketing strategy to hoodwink the members of the public? the ugly experience I am currently having with Samsung service centre give rise to this question .so far, plus or minus, my device have spent about 2-3months and still counting ,with them. please What do I do to get my device back.? |
