hey pleb!
if you genuinely think NCC will punish these hopeless network providers then your stvpidity is beyond redemption. reporting them to NCC is more like reporting them to themselves, i'm sure your brains can't figure it out.

Re: You Can Now Report Your Telecom Provider Directly To NCC by bishop4life(m): 10:57pm On Jul 06, 2015
why do i have to call ncc to report service providers? does it mean those guys dont use same gsm we use? or they dont receive about a dozen sms like i do daily? they dont experience the 5- 25 kbps browsing speed we get on a 3g network!!? it doesnt occur to them even 3g is outdated in more advanced coutries? they dont see the "terms and servuce apply" on every package which will never be explained better cos its meant to scam subscribers?

why do i have to call ncc? what action have they taken so far to protect customer rights and interest. No!!! i refue to take them serious.

GIVE THE LORD A BIG HAND!!!!

Called the number, the customer care representative was quite accommodating. Requested for all unsolicited sms to my Mtn line to be stopped. She asked a few questions and said my request would be worked on in the next 48 hrs. She also said if it persists after 48 hrs, I should call back.

Finally, respite for customers.
