Just like every other day, I visit my two most trusted and reliable headlines spots Punchng.com and nairaland.com only to find out that their site has either been taken down, hacked or intentional shut down. But it has a "maintenance" signpost on it. Whatever it is, I hope it comes back on and running again. But do they have to go completely go offline to upgrade or maintain it?
