There are several reasons that might cause a person to get missing part of which are: Kidnapping Police arrest Hit n Run accident. Could you believe that Lagos state police command is currently investigation of 100 cases of missing person between January to May 2015? Oh, and that's only Lagos state. What is the way out? Maybe the recommendations should be base three classes as follows; What should the government do? What should the security agency do? What should the citizenry do? Punch wrote an editorial report on this issue which I may have to copy/paste here later. Note: Your contributions might actually make a change. Cc: lalasticlala, obinoscopy, ishilove |
