It's simple allz you've got do is turn on your bluetooth and search for a phone then try send stuff to the phones you found, it should disturb the owner of the phone, i know it's pathetic but sometimes i get bored peace

if u are in that dubious frame of mind, why not get a bluejacking software that automatically scans for bluetooth devices and send customized messages? u could type say "boo! the matrix has you" or suchlike crap and scare folks. sorry, cant tell u where to get a bluejacker, but try the mighty google.
