1st step, wash yr cowleg well with salt n enough water then boil,as u boil season with salt onion maggi or anyother seasoning agent u know, boil till its soft 2nd step prepare yr sauce.how? melt potash ie kaun in hot waterbut bf then, grind yr pepper put enough pepper ooo but not toomuch mix red oil and the grounded pepper then put the liquid potash not too much ooo turn it very well the mixture will change colour like light red thats as a result of kaun then add salt becareful of salt cos potash is salty add magi, turn then sieve out yr stock(allow the stock to enter into the meat by allowing the meat water to boil n dry into the mt,) as u sieve the meat, pour the mt into yr sauce and turn ushhhhhhhhh yr nkwobi is ready. cut utazi leaf(igbo name cos i dont another name fr it. its always bitterlike bitter laef but has a diff aroma) step3 sprinkle the shredded utazi leaf on a dished out nkwobi n garnish with onions annnnnnnd its ready fr eating. if u like also garnish with ugba thats all very simpleeeeeee 1 Like |
