GEJs problem was that he was a bit too kind-hearted to be President of a brutal unforgiving country like Nigeria; coupled with the fact that he was too eager to please the North and didn't want to be seen to be rocking the boat! If he was 'determined' enough, i'm sure he could have dug into 'saint' Buharis' past and found more than enough dirt to lock him up and throw away the key!

Trust me, Buhari knows what unitary system of gov't is....he can't go down the route of true fiscal federalism though or else his people will lose all the 'advantages' they got for themselves during the long military era!
