@parisbookaddict and @dmz1 Apostates or Renegades are those who decide to leave the religion of Islam. There is a widely prevailing misconception about this issue. It is generally thought that the Holy Quran (The Muslims Holy Scripture) provides the death sentence for those who desert the religion of Islam. There is not the least ground for such a supposition. The Holy Quran speaks repeatedly of people going back to unbelief after believing, but never once does it say that they should be killed or punished. Although the Holy Quran does provide the death sentence for some situations such as putting a murderer to death, but it never provided death sentence or ordered the death of those who leave Islam. now lets look at the noble verse from the quran 2:217(my next frame) |

@parisbookaddict and @dmz1 "They ask thee (Mohammed) Concerning fighting In the Prohibited Month. Say: Fighting therein Is a grave (offence); but graver is it In the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the sacred Mosque, and drive out its members. Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you turn back from their faith (Islam) and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the hereafter; they will be companions of the fire and will abide therein." did you see anything like kill? but because of your for islam, you will keep telling lies. |

Jagoon:are you this ridiculous? are you saying a 6years old girl that her marriage was completed at age 9(when she has reached the stage of being called a young lady as believed then) didnt know the implication of marriage? if at any point in time she disagreed to the marriage, that marriage would have been cancelled, but she was fully aware of everything. |

If belief in the Trinity was such a necessary condition for being a Christian,
why didn’t Jesus teach and emphasize it
to the Christians during his time? How
were those followers of Jesus considered
Christians without ever hearing the term
Trinity? Had the Trinity been the spinal cord of Christianity, Jesus would have
emphasized it on many occasions and
would have taught and explained it in
detail to the people. |

Re: If These Quranic Verses Are True, Then What Is The Problem? by Nobody: 12:53pm On Jul 28, 2015 |
Jagoon:you dont believe in the trinity and its not biblical? check out these verses, mattew 28:19 and 2corinthians 13:14 they are many more if you want. See i know deep inside you, you are doubting your religion(it is absurd to say you dont believe in trinity as a christian), another question, point out a verse that suggests you go to church on sundays(sun not son, the sun god), atleast we have it in the quran that we should go to mosque on fridays. |

Re: If These Quranic Verses Are True, Then What Is The Problem? by Nobody: 5:53pm On Jul 28, 2015 |
pesty100:i have given this answer before, when a city loses a battle, the people that were well-to-do would have lost their money and properties, which means they will need masters to give them sustenance, hence they become slaves, now if a woman is among those that needed sustenance, and paraventure she falls among the women that went to prophet muhammad(s.a.w), now tell me, whats wrong in that? for him to have agreed to give them sustenance, is that wrong? you are just filled with hate, thats all! so you see my friend, your point is daft!! |

Re: If These Quranic Verses Are True, Then What Is The Problem? by pesty100(m): 6:03pm On Jul 28, 2015 |
lexiconkabir:you saying am filled with hate is ad hominem, when you call en-slaving people: "giving them sustenance " then it show more about what you religion and prophet teaches. |
Re: If These Quranic Verses Are True, Then What Is The Problem? by Nobody: 6:17pm On Jul 28, 2015 |
pesty100:lol, you dont seem intelligent. your bible supports slavery too(if you dont believe ask me for a verse), the only difference is in islam when the slave feels he/she is independent, he/she can ask for his/her freedom, and the slave would be set free, if you remember the reason why they became slaves for their master(they needed protection, clothes, food and all form of sustenance), you should agree that the master was even kind to have accepted them as slaves. i hope your daft brain would accept this, my friend. |
