The 53-year-old actor is believed to be therefore serious regarding the 22-year-old British girl, who he 1st met after he employed her as his assistant on 'Mission: impossible - rogue Nation' last year, that he's considering popping the question after just a couple of months of dating.

A supply told Star magazine: "Tom has fallen head over heels for Emily, and she feels the same way.
