hi Esty
Are you saying the pups havent suckled since birth?
are her nipples enlarged?
When last did she litter? as you may have littered her again too soon

Way Forward
Change her diet to higher calorie high energy foods, dont over supplement with vitamins.
If you feel the Quality of her food is ok then consider increasing quantity to meet the extra needs.
Change sleeping/resting arrangement if she appears to be uncomfortable and restless.

[s]I dont really advise this except for professionals who know their dogs behaviour very well (try milking her and see if she has wounds that may make suckling painful) please be very sure she is ok with this before you try it[/s]

As a temporary mitigation get the pups some milk

All the vitamins and food your giving now wld do lil or no help..call a vet immediately and ask he/she to give ur dog a shot of oxytocin..This wld propel or stimulate the mammmary gland to produce milk..pls dis should be done immediately for efficient nutrition of ur puppies n maximization of antibodies in there system if no bro..u'll loose those puppies. ..in the mean time give ur puppies baby milk e.gSMA Gold..or go to an animal or vet shop n get milk replacement for puppies...A stitch in tym saves 9 bro
