Please, i need a rough estimate
I have a plot of land i want to start developing. What i have in mind is developing a room, palour, kitchen toilet and bathroom out of it for now at first since I'm still a young bachelor. I'm planning on developing the rest as i grow.
Please, I'll appreciate it if I can get estimate from the foundation level till completion.

I have an half plot of land (120x30) around Badagry and hopes to erect a basic mini flat, a room ensuite, a parlour with visitor's toilet and a kitchen. i will appreciate any experience person or builder to share or send me a quotation for the architectural design and building costs with detailed materials for review. Thank you. you could share on this space or to my mail: tyolamide22@yahoo.com
