1.0- FINANCIAL TASK
i. Handle all financial matters on behalf of the school.
ii. Ensure all financial transactions are done in accordance with Admin/ financial operating procedures of the school.
iii. Assess /evaluates quotations received from contractors, suppliers and third parties with a view to:
iv. Prepare termly budget in line with the school’s needs and available funds.
v. Keep a daily balance sheet of expenses and receivables.

2.0 ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
i. Provide a full range of administrative support to the Administrative Team and implement school policies.
ii. Ensureall resources and facilities are working always and are used in the best way to maximize what is available for the general operations of the school.
iii. Interface with work men and follows up on outstanding duties with the Admin department and Job cards.
iv. Maintain and update the school’s website
v. Create and upload school portal.
vi. Draft and prepare letters.

• Aged 30- 45 years.
• A minimum of three years experience as an Accountant.
• A person able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
