Invest N1m in a manufacturing company, and earn 30% of the invested sum every two months.

Contact will be terminated after the 4th payment of 30%, and the invested sum returned in full.

An option for the renewal of the contract might be considered.

That amount is tidy and if well managed is enough to guarantee some future financial freedom.
The options to look at are many.
But the two I will advise for now is the fixed and money market and also the capital market.
The money market will return a max of like 15 per cent p.a on an almost risk less basis.
But if you are open to education and are ready to engage life on a higher pedestal ,knowing that risk and return are perfectly correletad, then the caipal market is recommended under guidance and management.

Some Surveyors would tell you: do SURVEY Sponsorship and start selling immediately, they make it seem like the buyers are waiting in-line for you to start selling your unsecured land because its cheap, you might end up worrying and stressing in time to come, running helter skelter for money to get approval for Excision/Gazette because you heard Gov took over some expanse close to yours, whereby giving rise to HBP and a lot of health and hypertensive issues, You don't want this for yourselves.
