As our politicians debate on whether or not they should get the remuneration they think they deserve, they should see how Lagos ( though not the capital, I agree) is rated as the 5 worst cities to live in. Before someone jumps to tell me that Lagos is not the capital so its meaningless, I think its safe to say that Lagos is the main metropolitan for Nigeria, as NYC is for America. Lagos with the sound of generators,religious houses even in the 'sanctuary' that is your home is a terror to anyone who loves the quiet,serene life.
