Please always ask the dealers for facebook ID so as to know who your doing business with. Check his facebook pictures to see if really he stays in that particular country. Checks his friend some one that stay in Germany should have some German friends. Check his facebook friends and also check when their account was created and also their friends list.

If he give you any account details Check his account details on Google to see possible outcome result. And make sure the name corespons with the name he give you on face book.
