I did format my phone due to low memory and unwanted files only after that did I get the biggest shocker I couldn't sign into my Google account anymore with the same phone meaning no chance to access Google play store, gmail etc but I have access to my email through the browser which doesn't complain. I need assistance from anyone on what to do please.

Bro, your solution is not far fetched. Just turn off your phone, you can remove the battery and insert again. After that press the power button + the volume down button for a few seconds. It will bring a screen showing some options the use the volumes button to scroll to "Restore phone to factory settings" and use the power button to click. That's it Bro. Or you can go to your settings,then click storage and you will/may see an option that says "Restore to default settings". Stay cool Bro
