Freewill doesn't just have to do with either loving God or rejecting Him.

It is also applied in instances when God decides to do something and you say something else and God changes His mind. That's the difference BTW Humans and the Angels.

Examples: Moses changing God's mind on destroying Israel, Hezekiah telling God to extend his life span, Adam naming the animals whatever he likes(remember man had not yet sinned here), Ezekiel or so changing the Lord's mind on causing a disaster and also NT saints choosing either to live in God's permissive will or not.

So it's not yes every time. But the difference in heaven is that we all are perfected and understand God more and know and can trust His wisdom and love. So instead we choose to follow Him in love.

God will not force anyone to do anything in the time to come. All will be motivated by genuine love for Him because we can see His face.

And besides that, when you physically see God in His Holiness and Love, you will be overcome with the desire to do what He tells you to. E.g Is 6 When Isaiah saw the Lord on His throne and He was overcome with awe, the Lord said "whom shall I send "Isaiah said I am I, send me"

You see for God to ask Him that question that tells you Isaiah had a choice but because Isaiah was overcome with awe and love for him, he said yes. This should give you a glimpse of what heaven is like.

God did not create the devil, God made the devil. There is a big different between the verbs to create and to make.
Satan is actually a nickname. Satan is a God who made the devils.
He wondered what does chaos mean? All is just tranquility and peace, If peace and tranquility is so perfect, then let us try it out against imperfectness for a while.

Thus GOD through satan, is learning how to be imperfect, for that He needed somebody to teach Him/Her wickedness/chaos/imperfectness/evil.
Not that GOD doesn't know evil, HE/HER knows it well and all that evil can do and ever do, HE/SHE just needed to experience it.
