Sorry to bug, but earnestly need this.
Please, what will it take me to start up a bakery in Nigeria? Assuming I have a plot of land, will that space be enough? What amount will be required to buy the equipment needed ? Are there laws governing that area of business??any association??please I need the comment of someone who knows a lot about bakery, your comments will be appreciated.

my cousin have a big bakery and I want to start one in lagos may be next year but have not got enough cash.
questions u have to answer before advice are-
-which state do u want to establish it
-what is the capacity u can afford
smallest capacity will involve ;
.workers - one driver (male), one sales girl , one Miller (male) , one one baker (male or female), one oven man (male).
salaries is based on , how many bags they do each day or how many shifts they work I.e morning and night shift.
at least two bags/day or else there will not be profit.
The business is very profitable.
